湖北精華紡織集團(tuán)有限公司位于“苧麻之鄉(xiāng)”湖北省咸寧市咸安區(qū)雙溪橋鎮(zhèn)和咸安經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)，是以苧麻、亞麻，棉和粘膠為主要原料的綜合型紡織企業(yè)。公司始建于1978年，2001年被確認(rèn)為湖北省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化省級(jí)重點(diǎn)龍頭企業(yè)，目前集團(tuán)控股精華、精亞、精佳、天源、天成、華康六家具有獨(dú)立法人資格的子公司。

公司占地面積73萬平方米，現(xiàn)有職工2800余人。生產(chǎn)規(guī)模：紡紗200000錠，新型轉(zhuǎn)杯紡10000頭，新型劍桿織機(jī)700臺(tái)套。主要生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)：亞麻紗、苧麻紗、麻棉混紡紗、麻粘混紡紗、轉(zhuǎn)杯紡OE紗；苧麻布、亞麻布、麻棉麻粘混紡交織布等十大系列100多個(gè)品種。年產(chǎn)各類紗線20000多噸，織布2000萬米。公司產(chǎn)品已成功銷往海內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)，其中”白練”牌紗線已成為國(guó)內(nèi)外知名品牌。

公司已通過ISO 9001:2015質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證,ISO14001：2015環(huán)境管理體系認(rèn)證和BS OHSAS18001：2007職業(yè)健康安全管理體系認(rèn)證。并取得以下證書：OEKO-TEX有害物質(zhì)殘留檢測(cè)證書,BCI良好棉花證書，BV歐麻證書,FSC森林環(huán)保證書，有機(jī)麻有機(jī)棉證書，再生棉再生麻證書，可持續(xù)粘膠產(chǎn)銷監(jiān)管鏈證書，以及INDITEX評(píng)級(jí)B級(jí)。

近年來，公司投入巨資建設(shè)國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)的污水處理設(shè)施，苧麻脫膠污水在全國(guó)首家達(dá)到GB8978-1996《污水綜合排放》一級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。公司還加大技術(shù)創(chuàng)新開發(fā)力度，與華中科技大學(xué)合作研發(fā)苧麻微生物脫膠技術(shù)及廢水循環(huán)利用項(xiàng)目，已通過省科技廳組織的專家成果鑒定。

Hubei Jinghua Textile Group CO., LTD, located in both ShuangXiQiao Town and Economic Development Zone, Xian’an District, Xianning city Hubei province. It is a large-scale textile enterprise, which takes ramie, flax, viscose and cotton as raw materials. The company was established in 1978. At present, our group holds six subsidiaries with independent legal personality.

The company covers an area of 730,000㎡. There are about 2800 workers. We have 200000 spindles of textile scale, 10000 new type of cup spinner, 700 sets of new type looms. The main products are linen yarn, ramie yarn, linen/cotton linen/viscose blended yarn, OE yarn; and linen fabric, ramie fabric, linen/cotton linen viscose blended and interweave fabric for in-grey, PFD, dyed and yarn dyed. The annual production is 20,000 tons of yarn and 20 million meters fabric.

Our company passed ISO 9001:2015(Quality Management System Certification), ISO14001：2015(Environment Management System Certification) and BS OHSAS18001：2007(Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification). And got the certificates such as: OEKO-TEX STANDARD-100, BCI, EUROPEAN FLAX, FSC, OCS, GRS, RCS, FSC, SVCOC, and got the INDITEX CLASS B.

In recent years, our company invested a large amount of capital in building advanced sewage treatment facilities. We first reached the GB8978-1996 (Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard) for ramie degumming wastewater in China. We also cooperate with Huazhong University of Science and Technology to build R&D center (research and development center) for “Ramie microbial retting technology and waste water recycling”. Now the project has passed expert appraisal.
